Very Simple Guides - trying to make your life a little less complicated one day at a time. The guides, in booklet and video forms, are designed as an aid to people in recovery or seekers on a rocky path. They will hopefully serve as visual meditations for folks who need to take a deep breath. More is being revealed. Please go to http://verysimpleguides.com for more information. I now have more than 50 booklets available - there is most likely one which fits you.

It has been a few days but there is something to show for it.

I have been busy. The conversion the the print on demand host for the booklets
is going very well.
I currently have forty titles up and as you will see I am getting more colorful with my covers as I learn new tricks.
Print quality has improved to the point where I am confident output is good if not excellent. I will be starting a new booklet here but first a plug for my new site http://verysimpleguides.com/vsgbooklets.htm.

Joy - the finale

but not final. For it to work properly joy must be woven into the clothes we wear. It must be close and always available. It is easy to lose sight of if we put in in a bag or in a drawer.

I will begin another set of postings soon, though I have been caught up in the other parts of the project, Have some minor problems with some of the large format versions, but am very pleased with the product.
Also have submitted a disk of the videos to Hazleton - if you are of a mind to send positive thoughts to a mailroom in Minnesota More will be revealed Todd

Frogs and joy

Those who know me know of my fondness for frogs.
This year we are having an explosion of peepers whose calls are now lound enough we can hear them inside the house. There is a joy in knowing that they are doing so well - at least here.

Joy - keeping it simple

I have a tendency to think in extremes. Wanting bigger, brighter, supposedly better. Joy can as easily be found in a walk outside and seeing a bud which will soon become a leaf as it would (I can only imagine) be found in a trip to Paris on a private jet. Since I have no jet, I'll have to make do with buds.

Joy resumes

Think of the feast this guy is having! He is in caterpillar nirvana.

Yes, you can take up again where you left off. Have been working to convert booklets to new size at print on demand site magcloud. Waiting for the proofs should temper my eagerness to get them up and on line - but it isn't yet. New format aprox 8.5X11) allows the photos to be larger
I can only hope it prints well. The site does allow for a preview of th whole book which is good and is something I could not do easily on my site.

Tonight we are going to leave a meeting early to see a lecture with live owls.
